Functional Strength + Mobility   [ + ]

We never just move in one-dimension. We are always bending, lifting, rotating. This class is designed to build both the primary muscle movers as well as the stabilizing muscles to increase range of motion and prevent injury. Bring a water bottle, mat, and small hand weights.

When: Mondays @ 5:45pm - 6:45pm

Working out does not have to be boring! Jazz up your FITTness regimen with rousing games of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, Guess Who, Monopoly, and more! Bring a water bottle and a mat!

You can do anything for 20 seconds (at a time!) 😊 This total body conditioning class will alternatingly have your heart pumping, your muscles popping and your core strengthening through 8 rounds of paired exercises! Bring a water bottle and a mat!

Calling all those seeking a muscular challenge like no other! This program is designed for optimum results after three months and 3-4 workouts per week. Total body muscular focus will challenge your limits and show you that you can make major gains in a relatively short period of time.
